Aurelius Stable LLC, is a newly established facility in Grand Blanc, MI, which is owned by Dave and Jill DeShone. They offer a relaxed family friendly atmosphere and a safe environment for your horse, whether you prefer showing or trail riding. Their business focus is their clients and the heart of their business is the horses that they work with. All breeds and styles of riding are welcome. The well-being of all of the horses on the farm are valued. They are excited about new opportunities with upcoming students and horses. Jill has over 20 years of experience in the horse industry. She started riding when she was 9 years old and was instantly hooked. As her passion grew, she began showing and training anything that she could get her hands on. After purchasing Sassy Sarah she went on to earn numerous National Championships, Region of Merits and High Point Awards on the PTHA circuit. In 1990 she fell in love with a severely abused yearling, named Alada Magic. They quickly formed a truly unique partnership. With the help of Leesa Massman he was rehabilitated, conditioned and trained. He then went on to win Unanimous National Champion Gelding with the Rookers. Since this time Jill has taken time out of the class A show circuit to finish college and to begin a family. Behind the scenes she has refined her training style by incorporating Natural Horsemanship and Dressage techniques.
